Mateo MacDonald - Guitar / Drums / Bass / Saxophone
Mateo is a seasoned musician and a knowledgeable music industry source. Mateo is well versed in a multitude of instruments inclusive of guitar, bass, drums and saxophone to name a few. He majored in music performance at the University of Colorado in Denver, he was a guitarist/songwriter for the popular Denver rock band, Kindred whom he toured and recorded with. He has logged countless hours of live performances and studio time, and has participated in many ensemble, jazz and rock groups. He has been playing music for 20 years and has been teaching for over 5 years.

Sohee Yoo - Piano / Keyboards
Sohee Yoo first played the piano at age of 5 in South Korea. She continued her studies with Patricia Chen after she moved to the states. She attended Lamont School of Music and studied with Theodore Litchmann and Alice Rybak. Currently, she is finishing her BM at University of Colorado under the study of Doris Lehnerd. Ms. Yoo started her performance at a very young age as a winner of CSMTA and Duo Competition. She continued her playing under multiple scholarships including the Provost Scholarship, Music Scholarship (DU), and the Parmelee Scholarship (music). Ms. Yoo started her teaching at age of 14 and she is currently an active member of MTNA (Music Teacher's National Association). She has also been an active accompanist from age 14, serving as an accompanist for the Korean Baptist Church of Denver, University of Colorado, University of Denver, Overland High School Choir, and currently at the New Life Mission Church.


Joel Van Horne - Guitar / Bass / Drums
Joel Van Horne teaches guitar to students of all levels and is experienced in many styles including jazz, rock, funk, blues, folk, fingerstyle, etc. With 16 years under his belt, he is an experienced songwriter and performer, as well as an experienced teacher. He finished his bachelor's degree in music
at University of Colorado at Denver in 2003 and has been teaching and performing ever since. He finds his own great joy in passing on the joy of music to others.

Jane Jenkins - Voice / performance / public speaking
Jane studied applied voice at the University of Texas where she was in many musical theatre productions, sang in the opera, and also had 3 pop and jazz bands. She continuted her studies in Denver and Boulder at the Academy of the Arts, and presently is working on another certification in a vocal method. She has more than 17 yrs. teaching experience. She has been a vocal trainer for various gospel choirs and community vocal groups and has taught classes as well as coached individuals for auditions Although she is a jazz and blues singer, she has the versatility to teach all styles of music. With modern methods, Jane will help the student pinpont vocal problems or issues and help them correct any issues while also creating a natural and expressive sound. Jane has the ability to create a very supportive, fun learning environment with her students.
Jane is also a certified Speech Level Singing (SLS) instructor

Adam Buer - Guitar / Bass / Drums
Adam began playing guitar and trumpet in middle school and eventually developed a love for a variety of music.  In high school he joined a versatile rock band, hendr 9, that performed in numerous venues during their four years together in Montana.  Later, he attended the University of Idaho where he received a bachelor's degree in music education.   While in Idaho he played guitar and various other instruments in classical, jazz, and rock ensembles.   During his music education studies he also taught private lessons, led a church praise band, and assisted with group music classes.  Adam has won prizes in a number of solo guitar competitions throughout the Northwest.  More recently, he moved to Colorado where he performs guitar, teaches music in an elementary school, and teaches at Global Sound Studio.
